The aim of this department is to impart training right from first year of study and make every student employed in the best industries of their choice. The Department is headed by HR personnel with wide range of knowledge and experience.

To supplement the theoretical knowledge gained through classroom study, students are taught on all aspects of practical applications by the experts drawn from various industries and academia. Interactive sessions on core areas chaired by Job providers are also arranged. The well defined agreement with top notch corporate and software companies, help to conduct interviews in the college all through the years.

In this direction, students are pre-tested with different set of questions at appropriate intervals. This process makes the students to be thorough with the subjects they have studied right from their first year and keeps them ready to face interviews. The salient feature of this exercise is the interaction among the students by means of question-answer session designed by themselves.

Through specialized training, the students acquaint themselves with the knowledge and skills required to excel. The consistent placement record of the institutions makes us feel proud and encourage the students to persue their studies in the institutions.
