About our department
The department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the year 2005.This department has best facilities in terms of Laboratories, teaching aids and practical facilities.

The department has highly valued academicians specialized in mechanical engineering industry. Among five coursed started in our college the mechanical department is the major one.

This department was started with six teaching faculties along with two supporting members in the month of September 2005. Within three years in 2008 the strength of the students was increased to 120 with the permission from AICTE and DOTE. At present the department is running with nine teaching faculties along with four supporting staff members.

Students Achievement

The second year students M. Vigneswar and P.Sathyaraj are participated in the paper presentation held at THIYAGARAJAR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE- SALEM.

The second year students P.Gopal Krishnan, R.Durairaj, I.Ameernath, and A.Arumugam are participated in the Quiz Programme held at BHARATH POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE, TIRUCHENGODE.
